Merlin made a dramatic and somewhat stressful entry into the world. He was 3 and a half weeks overdue and way too big for his mother to foal on her own. It took all my strength to get him out and was
a very traumatic birth. Luckily he is strong and healthy and whilst initially I thought I might lose his mother, she seems to have pulled through and is up and about and doing really well.
Merlin shows promise of being a very lovely boy once he straightens out. He has lovely long leggy conformation with a big and well angled shoulder, beautiful face and the cutest tippy ears.
